Apica monitors the performance of Försäkringskassan’s e-services

Published: 2010-06-14

Försäkringskassan, the Swedish social insurance agency, is one of the largest and most important e-government organizations in Sweden. Försäkringskassan has chosen Apica for monitoring the response times of their Web services. Many of their services require a login with e-identification and thanks to Apica’s services they will now be able to monitor and ensure the availability of their login methods.

Försäkringskassan has high standards of accessibility for all their e-services and they will now use Apica Web Performance to monitor their web services.

An important component of their services is secure login with e-identification. By offering many different options for secure login Försäkringskassan can offer the widest possible access to their e-services, to as many people as possible. It also faces Försäkringskassan with the task to ensure that various e-identification methods are available at all times and that the response times remain within acceptable limits.

During the beginning of 2010Apica, upgraded the company’s technologies to monitor and verify a number of standard e-identification methods. When Försäkringskassan was looking for a new performance monitoring partner Apica had strong position to match the requirements for procurement.
